Leader Transition Support

We help organizations maximize the return on investment in executive transitions – both internal promotions and external hires - by accelerating the learning curve and building a solid leadership foundation for sustained success in the new role.
 
We do this by working with the executive in transition to co-create their Leadership Transition Plan, a six month, comprehensive roadmap for learning, relationship building, team assessment and development, and strategic prioritization of deliverables to secure early wins. The transition plan focuses attention on the executive’s change management and innovation priorities and ensures progress against those goals. Our support includes six months of coaching to keep the executive focused on achieving their transition plan and delivering on key priorities. 
 
The Leader Transition Support Process produces three key benefits for the individual and the organization:
  • Accelerates the executive’s effectiveness and success in the new role through development and implementation of comprehensive transition plan
  • Defines and keeps focus on delivering on executive’s change mandate and key priorities.
  • Promotes the new leader’s building of key internal and external relationships, including developing effective partnerships with senior management, colleagues, and direct reports. 
By working with an external resource to support their transition, executives benefit from an unbiased, confidential ally and coach who provides a sounding board and keeps them accountable to their transition plan and priority goals.
