We help organizations build an empowering culture for sustainable leadership in the
marketplace through better engagement and leveraging of their employees. As Gallup noted in a recent survey,
engaged employees are the key to driving innovation and growth in organizations. “…engaged employees are
more productive, profitable, safer, create stronger customer relationships, and stay longer with their company than less engaged
employees. Engaged employees work with passion and feel a profound connection to their company. They drive innovation
and move the organization forward.”[1] We facilitate increased employee
engagement through a range of activities, starting with data gathering through feedback and dialogue and culminating in developing
and implementing an employee engagement action plan. We use a consultative process[2] that empowers employees to give “real”
feedback, brainstorm solutions, and align on action plans. Being external consultants, we create a safe, neutral environment
for open dialogue. All feedback and recommendations are kept anonymous and confidential. Key steps of our process include: Analyzing the organization’s
existing employee feedback, including survey data Development of hypotheses for further exploration Gathering qualitative feedback on hypotheses and opportunities through interviews and focus groups Using structured exercises to facilitate brainstorming of solutions
Presenting findings and recommendations
developed from themes identified across groups and interviews Facilitating development of an action plan to increase employee engagement. Coaching leadership team on implementation of action plan
Our clients have achieved important breakthrough results through our
process, including: Identifying need to enhance role clarity and accountability in key division; drove reorganization and new structure. Enhanced alignment, collaboration, and shared goals among leadership
team. Improved communication of strategy
and critical decisions throughout organization. Significant improvements in employee satisfaction survey scores.
How could enhanced focus on employee engagement drive your organization
to the next level?
